We have members from different areas. All are from different educational backgrounds and different religions . You can take help from them in any matter. We are also ready to provide financial help if your need appears reasonable to us. We will be with you wherever you walk. We help u in reaching your goals.
Only thing we expect from you is being thankful to others and being helpful to those in need.

OBJECTIVES OF ONWAY :
1.SUPPORT
Each and every person in this world needs support, Whether financially or mentally or socially or otherwise. So Main objective of this association is to provide support in every aspect to every member.
2.MUTUAL ADVANTAGE
As we know team work succeeds faster than individual work. So, we made second objective as to enable every team member to get mutual advantage through team work and mutual knowledge.
3.SERVICE
As we are humans we need some humanity. We need to help people to the best of us. Hence third objective is to help every team member and people in society as much as we can.
4.PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT
Major requirement for every person either for a job or respect in society is having great personality features such as good communication skills, status and respect in society etc. Fourth objective is to develop personality by communicating ourselves and communicating with different persons and by participating in society.
5.FORMING A NETWORK
Having network in each and every place is necessity in these days. Wherever we go we need some people known there to complete our task easily. Thus having a network in each place is our fifth objective.
REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN ONWAY :
1.Rational behaviour i.e. knowing what is right and what is wrong. Judging rationally whether it is ethical or unethical and acting respectively.
2.Self respect and decency i.e. having some decent behaviour and respecting seniors and elders.
3.Helping Nature
4.Some time i.e. capability of spending few hours your daily life for association.
What you have to do after joining us.
1. You carry on your daily activities but when some one asked for help. Try to contribute your maximum part to help them.
2. Give response to the communication from the Onway whether it is positive response or negative response. If you are unable to respond please let us no the same.
3. If you face any difficult and if you feel that you need help please share with us we will try to our maximum to help you.
MEMBERSHIP DETAILS :
We trust on a principle that
“ Those who help will get more help. Those who doesn't show interest to help will have less preference in getting help. “
Based on this principle we framed membership as follows..
•GENERAL : ₹.0.00 ( free )
•Donation : ₹. 100 or above ( optional )
The amount collected from you is used for helping others directly or indirectly. There is no compulsion to Donate. You can join for free Nothing will be different.
General membership can be changed to premium by donating Rs.100 or more at any time.
Terms & conditions
* Every member must be respected in Onway.
* All are equal, here equality is meant not in sense of powers, but in the sense of responsibilities.
* Every member has right to take part in decisions of onway.
* Terms & Conditions can be altered at anytime by the president with the consent of board members.
* Only board members has admin status i.e. to include or join a member in association.
* Every board member has the right to remove any member with a reasonable and specific reason and with the consent of majority of board members.
* Every decision would be made only with the consent of all members (incase of impossibility regarding consent of all members , majority would be taken into account).
* Every one must spend few time for Onway as it is their responsibility.
* Every member must work hard for enlarging Onway's network , as it is our objective.
* Every member has right to contact with board members at working time through mail or phone etc., If necessary.
* Every member must compulsorily respond or generate some ideas or feedback at least once for every 15 days, otherwise the board has right to take appropriate measures and actions.
* All the members are required to introduce themselves to an incoming member within a week (within 3days Incase of board member)
if the membership is large introduction is limited to team members.
* Every mail which contains a word *response required* in its subject,
response must be given as soon as possible with in reasonable time..
Sufficient reasons for unresponsiveness must be provided.
* Every one should submit their their Whatsapp number. (Incase of non availability of whatsapp number, submission of personal contact number which would always be available is mandatory).
* Communication among the members is a compulsory act.
* Feel free to share ur opinions and feelings, bcoz onway is not only an association but also "ur" family.
* Please be responsive for every action by onway (incase of non availability for response please inform so..).
Last But Not Least
* ALL MESSAGES BY MEMBERS IN GROUP WHICH ARE COMMERCIAL OR THOSE IRRELEVANT WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED AND THE BOARD HAS RIGHT TO TAKE ACTION ON THAT CONCERNED MEMBER.
